SIAL Canada 2026 s’est clôturé à Montréal sur une note positive, portée par l’innovation, les échanges professionnels et une confiance mesurée dans l’avenir du secteur agroalimentaire.
Dans un contexte international marqué par l’incertitude, les acteurs de l’industrie ont montré leur capacité à s’adapter, à rester curieux et à avancer malgré les défis. Pendant trois jours, le salon a accueilli plus de 26 000 professionnels venus de 90 pays, réunissant l’ensemble de la filière autour de rencontres d’affaires, de conférences et de moments de dialogue concrets.
Au fil des allées, l’atmosphère était à la fois constructive et conviviale. Entre les lancements de produits, les discussions sur les grandes tendances du marché et les opportunités de développement à l’international, SIAL Canada a rappelé l’importance des événements en présentiel pour créer des connexions durables et faire avancer les idées.
La prochaine édition de SIAL Canada se tiendra à l’Enercare Centre de Toronto du 27 au 29 avril 2027. Les exposants peuvent bénéficier des tarifs préférentiels de réinscription anticipée jusqu’au 31 mai 2026.
SIAL Canada 2026 confirms the momentum of the agri-food industry
SIAL Canada 2026 came to a close in Montreal on a positive note, marked by innovation, business and a measured sense of confidence in the future of the agri-food sector.
In an international context shaped by uncertainty, industry players showed their ability to adapt, stay curious and keep moving forward. Over three days, the show welcomed more than 26,000 professionals from 90 countries, bringing together the full agri-food value chain for business meetings, conference sessions and meaningful dialogue.
Across the show floor, the atmosphere was focused and constructive, but also laid back and friendly. From product launches and discussions on market trend to international development opportunities, SIAL Canada highlighted once again why face-to-face events remain essential for building lasting connections and turning ideas into action.
The next edition of SIAL Canada will take place at the Enercare Centre in Toronto from April 27 to 29, 2027. Exhibitors can benefit from early bird rebooking rates until May 31, 2026.
