À la fin de la deuxième journée de SIAL Canada 2026, le salon a organisé un cocktail VIP présenté par Lantic Érable sous le signe de l’érable au septième étage du Palais des congrès.
Les membres de l’équipe de Lantic portaient des chemises à carreaux rouges et noirs, tandis que chaque invité recevait un passeport à faire tamponner aux différents stations culinaires : France, Allemagne, Japon, Australie et États-Unis. Chacun proposait des recettes inspirées de l’érable, en clin d’œil à la missionde Lantic Érable : faire rayonner l’érable à travers le monde. Lantic Érable avait déjà été mise à l’honneur la veille lors de la cérémonie des Prix Alizés, où l’entreprise a remporté le prix Grande Entreprise FAC.
Le cocktail a également été l’occasion de remettre des dons à Moisson Montréal, l’une des plus grandes banques alimentaires du pays, dans le cadre de SOSIAL et le programme « En Campagne contre la Faim » porté par FAC. Lantic Érable a contribué à hauteur de 5 000 $, SIAL Canada de 16 000 $ et FCC de 25 000 $, pour un total de 46 000 $.
Entre cocktails signature inspirés de l’érable, occasions de réseautage et une vue imprenable sur le paysage urbain de Montréal, la soirée a conclu avec élégance la deuxième journée du salon.

A flavourful evening presented by Lantic Maple
At the end of the second day of SIAL Canada 2026, the show organized a VIP cocktail reception presented by Lantic Maple with Canadian flair on the seventh floor of the Palais des Congrès.
‘Members of Lantic Maple’s team were dressed in red and black plaid shirts, and each guest was given a passport they could have stamped at the different food stations: France, Germany, Japan, Australia and the USA. Each food station offered maple-inspired recipes in homage to Lantic Maple’s mission of spreading a love of maple around the globe. Lantic Maple had already been in the spotlight the night before at the Alizés Award ceremony where they took home the Large Company FCC award.
The cocktail reception was also the occasion to present donations to Moisson Montréal, one of the country’s largest food banks, as part of SOSIAL and FCC’s Drive Away Hunger program. Lantic Maple contibuted $5,000, SIAL Canada $16,000 and FCC $25,000 for a total of $46,000.
Between signature maple-inspired cocktails, networking opportunities and a breathtaking view of the Montreal skyline, the night wrapped up the second day of the show in style.
