Fromagerie St-Guillaume (Agrilait s.e.c.) has brought its selection of cheeses made from 100% quality Canadian milk to SIAL Canada 2025. Among them are the brand’s famous Le P’tit Frais Cheddar cheese curds. In Quebec, these cheese curds are sold and served daily fresh. Outside of Quebec, the cheese curds are available cold or frozen (IQF). Frozen poutine cheese curds are currently exported to France (LMC Gourmet / Groupe Beauvallet) so that French restaurants can offer the authentic Quebec poutine experience. Frozen, the shelf life of the cheese curds is over a year, which is very practical for food service suppliers and retailers.
