Vanilla House’s award-winning Organic Vanilla Beans are organic and grown in Taiwan using advanced technology to ensure consistent quality. These vanilla beans come from the Sanheyuan Vanilla Garden, located in Taoyuan, Taiwan, which focuses on cultivating Mexican varieties of vanilla with Taiwanese local flavour. Entirely organic, and grown under the principle of sustainably coexisting with nature, the vanilla beans are harvested according to the golden pollination period and late fermentation, carefully monitoring every step to cultivate vanilla beans that measure between 15 to 21 centimeters in length. The vanilla beans can be used for classic creations such as vanilla pudding and ice cream, as well as a variety of other dishes including cakes and desserts but also braised meat dishes to enhance flavour.
