The SIAL Canada Start-Up Village returns for its fourth edition this year, bringing together businesses less than six years old with annual revenu below $1 M CAD in the food or beverage sector and with no revenue limit in the technology, service and packaging sectors. The impressive open space is showcasing 32 dynamic young companies, and for the SIAL Pitch Competition, a panel of experts and investors are set to make a limited selection from the Village. The selected start-ups will have three minutes to pitch their concept for the chance to win numerous prizes and grants. The sixth edition of the Start-Up Pitch Competition will be held tomorrow from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM in the SIAL Expert Hub #2023, with start-ups competing in two categories: Startup CPG and FoodTech Startup.
