Beverages are in the spotlight at SIAL Canada this year with a dedicated Beverage Village and three days of exclusive experiences—the Inspire Drink sessions. These presentations will explore foodservice trends and innovations, cocktails, spirits, non-alcoholic alternatives, and much more on booth 1531, with topics ranging from coffee to absinthe.

The Beverage Village has been in high demand this year as it offers exhibitors who don’t necessarily require a minimum surface area of 100 sq. ft a formula adapted to their needs. Participation in the Beverage Village includes the placement of products in self-service high visibility areas such as the VIP Lounge, the Buyer Program Lounge, and Happy Hour on the first day of the show.
